Rates (Double Occupancy): $95-150 (In-Season) $20.00 Less for Single Occupancy $20 - extra adult (13 or older in room with two other adults) $10 - each extra child between 5 and 12. $85-130 (Off-Season) Click here for Special Rates

• Check in After 3:30 p.m.

• Check out by 10:30 a.m.

• Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express accepted.

• Two night minimum stay on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends are preferred (winter only).

• A $20.00 fee for cancellation (see below).

• $50.00 deposit, per room is due upon making a reservation; balance is due upon arrival.

• For the comfort of our guests, indoor use of tobacco products is not permitted.

• We do not allow guests' pets.

• Start your day with our delicious breakfast, which features fresh breads and a different chef's special each morning.

• Afternoon snacks are provided daily. Afterward, you can soothe those aching muscles in our luxurious outdoor Jacuzzi.

Cancellations:
In the event that you must cancel your entire reservation, we will refund your deposit (less $20) if you notify us 30 or more days prior to your arrival date. If this is not possible, the net deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-rent your room. If a reservation is cancelled after full payment has been made, we will still refund, based on our ability to re-rent.
